Coronavirus (COVID-19) Message

The recent spread of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) is a very unfortunate and increasingly serious situation affecting people all around the world. Our hearts go out to everyone, especially our valued customers, whose lives become devastated by the disease, whether directly or indirectly. Marcodi is taking steps to ensure the health of our employees, so that we can stay on track with orders and deliver outstanding product in a timely manner. While we are doing our best, please be patient with us if delivery dates slip a bit as we try our very best to compensate for any unforeseen delays in parts or services that are critical to the harpejji making process. At this moment, we have good stock of our critical custom parts and do not anticipate any abrupt production stoppage so long as our shop employees continue to remain healthy.

In order to ensure that the vast majority of our customers receive their orders, we must continue enforcing the Refund Policy that has been on the footer of our website, and which you can review here:  Refund Policy  There will not be a general waiver of this refund policy due to COVID-19, because a mass cancellation of orders would ultimately hurt all of our customers. We hope you understand that Marcodi is a small family business that enjoys communicating directly with customers rather than selling to big retail chains or online stores. For that reason, we need to stick with the policies that have enabled this business model up until now.
